Making a positive impact

At the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business, we are proud to showcase the amazing accomplishments of our alumni who are out there shaping the business world.

Our alumni provide so much support for the college and contribute in a variety of ways. They serve on academic advisory councils. They are guest speakers in our classrooms and at many student organization meetings. They hire our students for internships and full-time employment. They host company visits at the career fairs. They are donors who provide financial support through scholarships.

All of this supports students and supports the college. When our students graduate and become alumni, they continue to have a positive impact on their alma mater.

Ivy alumnus explores the universe

For someone who only graduated from college two years ago, Nick Schiefelbein (pictured center-left) has found a way to explore the universe, without leaving Earth.

Schiefelbein (’22 MBA, mechanical engineering), who had three internships with NASA, works as a temporary manager for the Electrical Manufacturing Engineering group and a product review engineer at NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility for Boeing.

Not only is Schiefelbein living out his passion, he’s also helping to make history.
