Carlos Quezada: “The Immigrant Survival Guide to Silicon Valley”

Now a father, technologist, mentor, and public speaker, Quezada intertwines his personal journey with a commitment to lifting others up.

The event is open to the public with no charge for admission.

Quezada is vice president of customer experience strategy, automation, and enablement at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In his book, “The Immigrant Survival Guide to Silicon Valley,” Quezada shares his story and insights from other professionals who share their experiences to help other immigrants succeed in any challenging industry. His book emphasizes expanding your horizons beyond your comfort zone to achieve ambitious goals.

The lecture is co-sponsored by the Ivy College of Business, U.S. Latino/a Studies Program, and the Committee on Lectures (funded by Student Government).
