Announcing a new partnership with Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota
A new partnership between the Ivy College of Business and Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota, benefits students who want to pursue a degree in healthcare management. The two organizations recently signed an agreement to open a pathway for healthcare management students to gain internship experience.
Trinity is the latest healthcare organization to sign an agreement with the college. Other recent agreements have been established with:
- UnityPoint Health, Des Moines, Iowa
- Mary Greeley Medical Center, Ames, Iowa
- McFarland Clinic, Ames, Iowa
The partnerships help students combine their passions for business and healthcare and open the door to paid healthcare management internships during college.

Two healthcare management students at Ivy, Gustavo Alvarez, a junior from Denison, Iowa, and Dawson Hadwiger, a senior from Iowa Falls, Iowa, are the first to complete summer internships with Trinity. They shared their experiences in this feature article.

We know that experiential learning opportunities are essential in preparing our future healthcare leaders.”
