Agent-oriented Impression Management: Who Wins when Firms Publicize their New CEOs?

What happens when firms prominently feature their CEOs in corporate communication channels? This impression management tactic can benefit the firm through enhanced external stakeholder evaluations, such as analyst ratings. However, these efforts also generate unexpected advantages for the CEOs themselves, including higher compensation, increased outside directorships, and lower turnover rates.
