  • Only four courses required to complete the program.
  • Can be completed in eight to 12 months.
  • $2,549 per course – international or domestic.
  • No GMAT/GRE required.

Fundamentals

Our graduate certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation provides the foundation to launch successful startups. The certificate includes two online core courses and two specialized track courses, which may be in-person or online.

You can choose electives from the following disciplines:

  • Entrepreneurship.
  • International entrepreneurship.
  • Innovation.
  • Leadership.
  • Family financial planning.
  • Social innovation.
  • Veterinary medicine (for veterinary medicine students).

Review the entrepreneurship and innovation certificate requirements. With approval of the director of graduate education (DOGE), all 12 entrepreneurship and innovation credits may be applied later to an Ivy master’s degree at Iowa State University.

Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree. Two years of work experience is preferred, but not required. Entrance to the program is on a rolling basis. Applications must be received by the application deadlines.
