Eleke Ukpabi
Eleke Ukpabi (’16 MBA) is the founder and president of United Strategies LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in business and strategic advisory, executive and leadership coaching, and engineering management. He has over two decades of leadership experience in engineering, operations, sales, business development, and corporate strategy. Previously, he served as the vice president of engineering and strategy at Ruan Transportation Management Systems, overseeing a broad range of functions, including supply chain solutions, consulting, and revenue growth management.
Ukpabi’s educational background is in industrial engineering and business management, with advanced studies in business administration and engineering management. He also holds professional credentials as a quality engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Currently, Ukpabi is chair of the Council on Industrial and Systems Engineering, Ivy College of Business MBA Executive Advisory Council, and Truevine Academy Foundation. He also serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, American Society for Quality Central Iowa’s Executive Board, and United Way.
Ukpabi’s personal leadership ethos revolves around a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation engineering, guided by a passion for people development, community engagement, and technological advancement. He is an avid reader, indulges in jazz music, and cherishes time with family. He also enjoys mentoring young professionals and entrepreneurs to drive social impact.
