Hillary Eckert
Hillary Eckert is global vice president of solutions at Workiva in Ames, Iowa. At Workiva, Hillary is the head of the company’s flagship SEC business, as well as the Financial Reporting Solution portfolio, responsible for global strategy and revenue growth across these lines of business. Previously she was vice president of product marketing at Workiva, leading the successful growth and GTM strategy for the integrated risk business. Before her time at Workiva, Hillary was brand manager at Meredith Corporation, leading the strategic sales and marketing efforts for key magazine brands such as Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens, Fitness, and Everyday with Rachael Ray. She also held a market research role at Maytag Corporation.
She serves as the executive chair of Workiva’s Women Business Employee Resource Group (an extension of Workiva’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging program), and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2003 from Iowa State University, and her MBA from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business in 2005.
Hillary grew up on a farm in Iowa, loves horses and everything ‘equestrian’, has two daughters, and is an avid Cyclone fan and tailgater.
