Matt Winkleman
Matt Winkleman (’12 MBA) is the associate vice president of property and casualty (P&C) compensation and revenue solutions at Nationwide and has been with the company for 20 years. In this role, he leads the development and administration of the agent and internal incentive programs for the P&C business units and also oversees money-handling functions for P&C. Nationwide has been in business for 90 years, with a focus on customers and people, which has helped it become one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world.
Winkleman has over 20 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, leading large transformational projects, developing and managing strategies, and holding several leadership positions in product management, data and analytics, operations, and M&A integration management. He graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration before pursuing his MBA at the Ivy College of Business. Winkleman has lived in Cave Creek, Arizona, since 2017.
