Programs can be designed and scheduled to fit your needs. The focus is maximizing interaction and creating the engaging and responsive atmosphere needed to meet your program goals and learning objectives.

Arrangements can also be made for program delivery on the beautiful Iowa State University campus in Ames or in the Ivy College of Business downtown Des Moines location.

  • Gather information: The process starts with a conversation with stakeholders in your organization to understand what content is needed and who will participate in the program.
  • Establish learning goals: Both sides agree to the learning objectives.
  • Develop curriculum: Ivy faculty develop research-driven curricula and integrate diverse business perspectives.
  • Deliver program: Ivy faculty are equipped to deliver programs in different ways, through interactive sessions in the format or location that best suits your needs.
  • Assess outcomes: After the training, attendees are encouraged to complete a program evaluation. Participant responses are compiled and reviewed to assess the value and outcomes and plan for follow-up learning opportunities as needed or desired.

Executive Director of Industry Engagement

Raj Agnihoti serves as the executive director of industry engagement. In this role, he leads the Ivy custom education initiative that develops and delivers two types of programs: training programs to increase employee skills and executive education programs to help executives take on higher responsibilities. Both types of programs are customized to company needs and taught by experienced faculty from the Ivy College of Business.
