Bio

For the past ten years, I've worked as a licensed nursing home administrator in both the nonprofit and for-profit sector of senior living. The communities I've managed have been stand-alone skilled nursing facilties (SNFs) and continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). In 2024, I made the decision to take a step back from healthcare leadership and shift my efforts to positively impacting the next generation in academia.
