Iowa State University’s third annual 24-hour day of giving — Forever True Day — kicks off at noon (CDT) Wednesday, April 3, and runs through noon Thursday, April 4, celebrating the power of the Cyclone community to make a difference through giving.
“When Iowa State University supporters come together to make a positive impact, their force is unstoppable,” Larissa Holtmyer Jones, president and CEO of the Iowa State University Foundation, said. “It is that energy, commitment, and love for Iowa State that we hope to harness during this 24-hour giving period.”
Forever True Day invites Iowa State alumni, faculty and staff, students, and friends to visit ForeverTrueDay.com and support the people and programs of Iowa State. Whether boosting a favorite department, cheering on student organizations, fueling student scholarships, or backing groundbreaking faculty research, a gift during Forever True Day is a beacon of loyalty that lights up the Iowa State experience.
“This is Iowa State’s newest tradition in philanthropy and a celebration of our Cyclone pride,” Dana Savagian, director of annual and special gifts, said. “We encourage everyone to give back and share their passion for the cardinal and gold on social media during Forever True Day.”
